Why Satan Loves Evolution
There are several reasons why Satan absolutely loves the theory of evolution. First of all, the theory of evolution discredits the Bible and allows for an atheistic world-view. There is no God and therefore no one to answer to, no heaven, and no hell. Do whatever you want—after all, you are just an evolved animal, so you might as well act like one. Right? And, after all, since your life here on earth has no real purpose and is merely the result of chance mutations, adaptations, and millions of years, why not waste your life or, worse, just end it (and in so doing send yourself straight to Hell)? Why not, if evolution is true? But I am telling you that there is out there a God who loves you and cares for you and wants the best for you, and who has provided a ticket to heaven for you through the death of His Son Jesus Christ.
Another reason why Satan loves evolution is simply the fact that he has always wanted to evolve into a higher position, and has always hated the fact that it cannot be done. As an angel in Heaven he decided to make himself better and higher than God, to “evolve” into a higher being. “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north...” – Isaiah 14:12-13.
Then Satan went to Adam and Eve with the same false doctrine of evolution: “And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.” Satan told Eve that the fruit would open her eyes and make her better and higher, like a god. But humans are not and cannot be gods, just as Satan could not exalt his throne “above the stars of God.” Unfortunately, much to the shame of the entire human race, Adam and Eve fell for the Devil's false doctrine of evolution.
